The IANTD/TDI Tech Cave / Cave / Full Cave + Adv Cave Multistage class, which stands out in the dive industry as a full class of the highest quality, is a logical next step.
Who is it for?
Divers are expected to have acquired a high level of awareness and solid fundamental skills to master the demands of this class. The training builds upon the skills, knowledge, and experience acquired during the Cavern + Intro to Cave class and diversâ experiences in cave dives after completing the class.
What will I learn?
Course outcomes include, but are not limited to: increased environmental awareness, increased capacity with extended penetration dives, advanced navigation, use of jump spools, enhanced team awareness, advanced problem resolution, stress management, and use of a stage and/or decompression cylinder.

Applicants must:
- Must be qualified in IANTD/TDI Intro to Cave Diver or equivalent;
- For Technical endorsement, be qualified in IANTD/TDI Adv Nitrox or equivalent;
- Be a minimum of 18 years of age;
- Be physically and mentally fit;
- Obtain a physicianâs prior written authorization for the use of prescription drugs, except for birth control, or for any medical condition that may pose a risk while diving;
- Have a minimum of 25 logged cave dives.
The Tech Cave / Cave / Full Cave + Adv Cave Multistage course normally lasts five days. It requires a minimum of ten cave dives in at least three different caves, at least 400 minutes of dive time, classroom lectures, land drills, and in-water work. Transfer from Playa del Carmen is included.
Students must bring their own cave-level diving gear (requirements will be provided upon registration) or borrow/rent it, pay for their gases and tank rentals, cenote entree and agency certification fees is not included
